This class is designed for students to work on basic introductory and intermediate gymnastics skills, while building their confidence, coordination and making connections. Students will learn terminology, technique, developing strength and flexibility along the way. This class can be tailored to meet the needs of the individuals and the class as a whole.

This class is designed for students to continue working on the basics as well as intermediate skills of gymnastics. These students have already mastered most skills taught in beginner gymnastics and are ready to take their gymnastics to the next level.
